Giorgos Tserionis
Studied at “Vacalo” school of graphic arts. In his practice he uses ceramics, sculptures and installations. He has presented 16 solo shows and has participated in more than 40 group exhibitions in Greece and abroad. He curated the following exhibitions: Unexpected Expedition, (Remap 2009), “Descending Utopia-New Realities” (About, 2012), “The distant relative of a blind man” (About, 2012), “The Cabinet” (Remap 4, 2013), “Save” (Pindaros hotel, 2013), ”Athens in a tank”, (Space 52, 2018). His artworks belong to: Macedonian Museum of Contemporary Art, Benaki Museum, Citibank Collection, ACG Art of The American College of Greece, Alpha Bank collection, Μunicipality of Elefsina Collection, State Museum of Contemporary Art/Costakis Collection, Copelouzos Collection, Benetton Collection, Florika Kyriakopoulou collection and many private collections. He is member of the artist run group “Provo Principles”, (2011 – … ). Lives and works in Athens, Greece.
