| Artist's Statement | Drawing inspiration from Ikaros' colouful dishes, I made two large painted platters. Their size and form refer more to sculptural than utilitarian objects. On a pictorial level, elements of my own memories and dreams intertwine with those of Ikaros, resulting in a redefined depiction of forms and symbols. |
